Located at the subterranean level of East Village Apartments, the Apartment Royale is decorated in the style of an Indian palace with luxurious, handcrafted linen and furniture.
The 700 square ft (75 sq.mts.) apartment is bathed in natural light that filters through 2 large skylights, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The apartment has one master bedroom with a round king-size bed, decorated in rich pink and gold hues. The spacious,newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a high-pressure shower, wall mounted hair dryer, and ample cabinets.
An exquisitely designed living area has 2 daybeds that can double as twin beds, one of them being specially designed for a tall adult (up to 6 ft 5 inches or 196 cm). The entertainment system includes a large flat screen HDTV with cable and DVD facilities.
The apartment comes with all modern conveniences including central heating, air conditioning and high speed WiFi internet access. The mini kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker.

$200 - $250 per night (4 nights minimum)
Easter, Christmas & New Year
$300 - $400 per night (5 nights minimum)
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a booking
reservation. You may pay by Paypal.
The balance is payable one month before the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
Credits may be used for future stays, based upon
availability.
Security Deposit
A $300 or Euro 200, cash security deposit is due upon arrival.
This will be returned at checkout - less any damages.
Please note that this apartment sleeps a maximum of
4 people. If additional guests stay at the apartment, you
will be liable for a surcharge, which will be deducted from
the security deposit.
