The Garden Duplex Apartment is the largest of our furnished vacation apartments for rent and will leave even the most spoiled vagabonds speechless. Boasting 1,700 square feet of living space and a verdant garden for up to eight guests, spread across the ground and lower floors of our brownstone, which offers luxury vacation home rentals in a charming, unique neighborhood.
It is your corporate or family group’s very own bed and breakfast.

Our Asian-inspired haven offers an open living room with cozy reading nooks and a spacious kitchen for entertaining. From the living room and dining area, you’ll walk to the patio garden—an inviting oasis after a full day sightseeing the big apple. The interior furnishings remind one of the world travels, transporting you to lands far away from the hustle and bustle of New York.

The modern kitchen overlooking the garden has honey maple wood cabinets with stone counters. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances — a gas cooking range, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle, and toaster.

AMENITIES

This NYC vacation home rental comfortably sleeps eight guests. The upper level has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a large closet and a second small bedroom with a double bed separated from the living area with Japanese sliding doors. The lower level has a large master bedroom with a king bed (or choose to split the king bed into 2 additional twins) and a large closet. A smaller fourth bedroom with a double bed is separated from the living area with Japanese sliding doors. On both the upper and lower levels, there is one extra twin day bed that can sleep one additional guest on each level. Each floor has a modern, marble or tile bathroom with a high-pressure shower, and a wall mounted hair dryer. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the lower level bathroom that is free of charge.
