The Garden Duplex Apartment is the largest and most serene of the East Village Apartments. This Manhattan vacation rental apartment has its own private garden with an ancient Sophora tree and lush greenery, offering the luxury of relaxing after a day of sightseeing in New York City.
The grand 1700 sq ft duplex apartment is on the ground and lower floors of our New York City brownstone and features large flat screen TVs, a computer and free Wifi. The apartment has a beautifully designed ground floor living area with a granite breakfast bar and a modern open plan kitchen which leads to the private garden. This NYC garden is furnished with dining tables and chairs for guests to enjoy al fresco dining.
This NYC vacation rental apartment comfortably accommodates nine guests. The upper level has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a large closet. A second small bedroom with a double bed is separated from the living area with Japanese sliding doors. The lower level has a large master bedroom with a round king bed and a large closet. A smaller fourth bedroom with a double bed is separated from the living area with Japanese sliding doors. On the same level, a small lounge is furnished with a twin day bed that can sleep one guest. Each floor has a modern, marble or tile bathroom with a high pressure shower, cabinets and a wall mounted hair dryer. There is a washer and dryer in the lower level bathroom.
The modern kitchen overlooking the garden has honey maple wood cabinets with stone counters and is equipped with new appliances — a gas cooking range, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle and toaster.
